Consumer Protection is the practice of safeguarding buyers of goods and services and the public against unfair practice in the marketplace and business dealings. Consumer protection are fundamental rights afforded to consumers provided for under the Bill of Rights in the Constitution of Kenya 2010 under article 46 that these rights are in respect of all persons for goods and services offered by public .
